Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join a leading UK traffic management client. Roles include M5 Operative and driving positions, with the opportunity to work across major sites.

Operatives will work with direct and sub-contract labour, meeting targets, reading CAD traffic management drawings, and adhering to RAMS and Health & Safety at Work Act requirements.

Qualifications

• 12D M5 Lantra Approved Qualification
• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check
• Right to Work in UK
• Team Player

Responsibilities

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required
• Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this
• Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager
• Reliable and dependable with a good attitude to work
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings
• Maintaining and remove traffic management within the required time scales
• Setting up traffic lights
• Assisting with the diversion of traffic
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS
• To help with the unloading/loading of materials
• Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements and Risk Assessments
• Reporting plant & vehicle defects
