Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting Traffic Management Operatives for site-based roles across the UK. The position covers both Trainee and Qualified operatives with experience in traffic management and CAD reading.

You will set up temporary traffic controls, monitor traffic flow, and ensure safety on site. We welcome candidates with a valid 12D M5 Lantra qualification, the right to work in the UK, and the ability to pass a drugs and alcohol check.

Qualifications

• Experience in traffic management operations.
• Able to pass Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in UK.
• Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.

Responsibilities

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required.
• Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this.
• Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager.
• Reliable and dependable with a good attitude to work.
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintaining and remove traffic management within the required time scales.
• Setting up traffic lights.
• Assisting with the diversion of traffic.
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
• To help with the unloading/loading of materials.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements and
• Risk Assessments.
• Reporting plant & vehicle defects.
