Pinson TM Limited is seeking Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join our UK teams. You will help set up temporary traffic controls, manage flow at signals, and ensure safe operations on site.

Candidates should have Lantra traffic management qualifications and be able to read CAD drawings. Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence (≤6 points) and be eligible to work in the UK; a drugs and alcohol check may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in traffic management roles, including setting up temporary traffic controls.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Full UK driving licence with max 6 points.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Drug and alcohol checks clearance may be required.

Responsabilités

• Setting up temporary traffic lights and traffic control measures.
• Managing traffic flow at temporary signals to ensure public safety.
• Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings for site plans.
• Reporting issues to site or operations manager.
• Ensuring safe and compliant work practices under RAMS and H&S policies.
• Unloading/loading of materials as needed.
