FM Conway is looking for a Traffic Management Operative

to join us based at our Heathrow depot on a full-time, permanent basis, working a mixture of days and nights. As our Traffic Management Operative, you will work as part of a team to carry out a range of services including installing, maintaining, and removing traffic management.

The duties of the Traffic Management Operative role will include:

1. Working closely with management and crews and taking instructions from the management team
2. Ensuring that sites are safe
3. Carrying out on-site assessments
4. Taking appropriate action in the event of an emergency, particularly ensuring the appropriate people are notified
5. Being on call, out of hours, on a rota basis if required

What skills and experience do you need?

To be considered for this role, you should have knowledge of traffic management operation, hold a valid CSCS card, and at least one of the following traffic management tickets: Lantra – TTMBC, M1/2, M5, M6.
