Qualifications

• Demonstrable skills and experience in the design of Traffic and/or Road Safety engineering schemes.
• Ability to produce bills of quantities from design drawings.
• Undertaking site visits and commissioning relevant site investigation works.

Responsibilities

• Develop concept and feasibility designs for highways and transport projects.
• Undertake duties of designer under CDM regs 2015.
• Knowledge of Road Safety audits and Traffic Management.

Skills

Design of Traffic Engineering schemes

Knowledge of Traffic Regulation Order process

Competency in CAD/KeySign & KeyLine

Stakeholder engagement

Full UK driving license

Education

BEng or equivalent degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Tools
