Biffa Waste Services is seeking a Traffic Dispatcher to manage day-to-day depot operations, allocate and route vehicles, and ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong problem-solving, local area knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

The dispatcher will optimise routes, manage driver availability, oversee vehicle checks and maintenance, and handle essential admin tasks.

Traffic Dispatcher

Shift Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm

TheTraffic Dispatcheris responsible for managing the day-to-day organisation of operations in the depot through the allocation and basic routing of vehicles. You will ensure best in class service delivery to customers, ensuring health & safety standards are maintained, and ensuring environmental and O licence compliance.
