Job summary

Marex is hiring a Software Developer specializing in C# .NET or React to contribute to secure, responsive web applications for trading technology. You will help mature existing software and migrate legacy platforms to the cloud, working with the platform engineering team to ensure smooth deployment.

Essential skills include C# .NET, React/Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, CI/CD and AWS. Collaboration across agile teams, strong testing focus and adherence to engineering standards are required to

Qualifications

• Experience in C# .NET, React/Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Experience with NoSQL and RDMS databases.
• Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform) and modern CI/CD practices.
• Cloud technology experience, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of BDD/TDD and Agile/Scrum.
• Strong focus on secure, scalable and performant software.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, code and test components of modern web applications.
• Contribute to overall architecture and design.
• Develop maintainable, tested software meeting acceptance criteria.
• Adhere to development processes and coding standards.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements.
• Ensure production-ready delivery and proper documentation.
