Job summary

EDF Trading Ltd is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to design, build, and maintain multi-asset class applications. The role focuses on Angular front-end (React acceptable) with C# .NET Core backend, Web API, and strong UX considerations.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams, contributing to architecture, testing, and deployment practices. The position requires 5+ years in bespoke software design and implementation, with cloud experience (Azure/AWS) and CI/CD mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in design and implementation of bespoke software solutions.
• Strong UI/front-end with Angular (React acceptable) and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience with C#, .NET Core, Web API.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server/Oracle).
• Experience deploying to cloud (Azure or AWS).
• Knowledge of TDD and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain multi-asset class applications and tools.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define and implement solutions.
• Lead UI/UX improvements and CI/CD practices and ongoing modernization.
• Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and documentation.
