B&Q Margate is seeking a Trading Team Manager to lead the sales floor, manage stock, and drive promotions while coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.

You'll analyse sales data, run regular reviews, and help your team build product knowledge to ensure every customer counts. This permanent role offers up to £32,000 plus bonus, pension and 6.6 weeks holiday, with a 36.75 hour week.
