Job summary

B&Q Margate is seeking a Trading Team Manager to lead a high-performing, inclusive team on the sales floor. You’ll drive stock management, range changes and promotions while coaching colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.

This permanent role is 36.75 hours per week, with a salary up to £32,000 plus bonus and pension and 6.6 weeks holiday, reflecting your leadership impact on commercial performance and customer experience in-store.
