Job summary

B&Q Trading Team Manager Designate role across Worcester, Evesham and Malvern, offering 36.75 hours per week in a permanent contract.

You will lead a high performing team on the trading floor, drive stock, promotions and service, and coach colleagues to ensure every customer counts. The position provides progression with a competitive salary, bonus, pension and generous holiday.

As a B&Q designate manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to learn about us and our business, typically spend ing 3-6 months working across a cluster of stores (in the Worcester area). You’ll experience management training in various store formats before being placed into your own department or store.

Due to the nature of this role, there’ll be some flexibility and travel required during your time as a designate, before being placed within a store that matches your experience within 50 miles of where you live.
