Job summary

B&Q Poole is seeking a Trading Team Manager to lead a high performing store team and drive commercial delivery on the trading floor. You’ll coach colleagues, manage end-to-end stock, drive promotions, and use data to review performance.

Permanent contract, 36.75 hours per week, with a salary up to £33,000 per annum plus bonus, a strong pension, and 6.6 weeks holiday. The role sits at B&Q Poole and Castlepoint, promoting inclusion and exceptional customer service.

• Drive commercial delivery of the core trading sales floor, leading end-to-end stock management, range change and promotions.
• Conduct regular commercial reviews using sales data, loyalty insights, and customer feedback.
• Support colleagues to build deep product knowledge and meaningful customer interactions to make every customer count
