Job summary

B&Q Designate Trading Team Manager role based in the Crawley/Leatherhead area offers a permanent contract with 36.75 hours per week. You will lead a high performing team on the sales floor, drive stock management, promotions and customer service while coaching colleagues to deliver better results.

You'll gain exposure to multiple stores during a 3–6 month designate phase and may travel within 50 miles. Salary up to £33,000 plus bonus and pension, with 6.6 weeks holiday.

As a B&Q designate manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to learn about us and our business, typically spend ing 3-6 months working across a cluster of stores (in the Crawley/Leatherhead area). You’ll experience management training in various store formats before being placed into your own department or store.

Due to the nature of this role, there’ll be some flexibility and travel required during your time as a designate, before being placed within a store that matches your experience within 50 miles of where you live.
