Job summary

B&Q Limited in the South East of England is seeking a Trading Team Manager to lead a high-performing, inclusive team on the sales floor across stores in Worthing, Brighton and Eastbourne. You will drive core trading delivery, manage stock, and oversee promotions, ensuring every customer counts.

You will coach colleagues, use sales data and loyalty insights to review performance, and help colleagues build product knowledge and deliver outstanding service.

Up to £32,000 per annum + Bonus + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday

Bench role, potentially covering stores in: Worthing, Brighton & Eastbourne
