Job summary

B&Q Doncaster is seeking a Trading Team Manager to lead an inclusive, high-performing team on the sales floor, driving stock management, promotions, and great customer service. You will coach colleagues, deliver end-to-end commercial reviews, and ensure availability.

The role offers flexible hours across full-time, part-time or job-share, a permanent contract with 36.75 hours weekly, and a competitive package including up to £36,000 per year, bonus, pension and generous holiday.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team to deliver stock and promotions.
• Ability to coach colleagues and build deep product knowledge.
• Comfortable using sales data and customer feedback to drive decisions.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.

A great team needs a great leader and your role as a Trading Team Manager is to create a truly inclusive high performing team to deliver an exceptional service for our customers in store. In this role you will:

• Drive commercial delivery of the core trading sales floor, leading end-to-end stock management, range change and promotions.
• Conduct regular commercial reviews using sales data, loyalty insights, and customer feedback.
• Support colleagues to build deep product knowledge and meaningful customer interactions to make every customer count
