Overview

Trading Team Leader: £12.49 rising to £13.00 per hour.

Starting salary equivalent of £22,731 rising to £23,660 per year, plus overtime.

As a Trading Team Leader at Dunelm, your main focus will be a wonderful combination of both the customer and our products. You’ll have a keen eye for merchandising, knowing exactly what our customers want and when.

Our Team Leaders are a fundamental part of the leadership team in store. They are trusted members of the managerial team, responsible for key holding, rotas, cash handling, and hosting store team briefs. You will also contribute to recruiting new colleagues, training them, and supporting them throughout each day.
