Job summary

B&Q Chippenham is seeking a Trading Team Manager to drive the commercial delivery on the sales floor and coach colleagues to ensure every customer counts. The role leads stock management, promotions, and range changes with a focus on delivering exceptional service in-store.

You will conduct regular commercial reviews using sales data and loyalty insights, and help teammates build product knowledge while delivering a high standard of customer interaction.
