B&Q Limited in the Worthing/Brighton area seeks a Trading Team Manager to lead a high-performing, inclusive team on the sales floor, driving stock management, promotions and end-to-end commercial delivery.

You will coach colleagues, lead rather than do, and use data and customer feedback to improve availability and service. This permanent role offers a competitive salary, bonus, pension and 6.6 weeks holiday.
