Job summary

Stonehouse Recruitment is seeking an experienced Trading Standards Investigator to join a Local Authority team in West London on an initial 6-month contract, with potential extension up to 3 years.

You will investigate counterfeit goods and trading offences, support complex investigations and multi-agency enforcement, and contribute to product safety investigations.

• Strong experience in Local Authority Trading Standards.
• Experience conducting complex investigations.
• Good knowledge of product safety and counterfeit goods.
• Strong investigative, communication and evidence-gathering skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-agency team.

Rate: £45-£50 per hour
Contract: Initial 6-month contract, with potential to extend up to 3 years

We're currently looking for an experienced Trading Standards Investigator to join a Local Authority team in West London on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for further extension as part of a wider 2-3-year enforcement strategy.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Trading Standards professional to support a multi-agency enforcement strategy, tackling counterfeit goods and complex investigations.
