AAA Global is seeking a Trade Operations Engineer to join a small, collaborative team in London or Singapore. The role involves working with live production trading systems, real-time monitoring, and risk management while applying technical troubleshooting and system improvements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and an interest in finance and trading, with proven Linux experience and strong problem-solving and communication skills. London hours are 8 PM – 4 AM UK time.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree, preferably with analytical focus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Interest in finance and trading; prior industry experience not required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor live trading activity and related risk management processes.
• Triage time-sensitive operational issues under pressure with low error rates.
• Develop understanding of the firm's trading systems.
• Contribute to application configuration and software deployments.
• Identify and resolve software issues through bug fixes and small code updates.
• Work across complex, interdependent processes on a global scale.
• Support ongoing improvement of trading operations and systems.
