B&Q Poole & Castlepoint are seeking a Trading Team Manager to lead a high-performing, inclusive team and to deliver outstanding customer service in-store.

You will drive core trading on the sales floor, manage end-to-end stock, range changes and promotions, and conduct regular commercial reviews using sales data and loyalty insights.

The role offers a permanent contract with 36.75 hours per week, up to £33,000 per annum plus bonus, pension, and 6.6 weeks holiday.
