Job summary

Sainsbury's is hiring a Trading Assistant for our Kidlington store. The role is full-time, 37 hours per week, with night shifts from 21:00 to 07:00. You’ll stock, serve customers, check dates on produce, and support deliveries to keep shelves well-presented and inviting.

Night work requires flexibility and a proactive approach to customer questions, promotions, and store tasks. This is a permanent position with UK rights to work.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 due to night hours and handling alcohol.
• Right to Work in the UK required.

Responsibilities

• Collect stock from warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15KG) to replenish a variety of items across the store, keeping shelves clean, tidy and full.
• Always ready to serve customers and proactively help with questions during store hours.
• Date check fresh produce and grocery products.
• Assist across the store and support deliveries as needed.
• Build knowledge about products, services and promotions to provide recommendations.

What you’ll be doing:
