Job summary

Sainsbury’s is seeking a Trading Assistant for our store in Woking. You’ll support daily store operations, replenish shelves, assist customers, and help with deliveries, working as part of a friendly, high-energy team.

You’ll build knowledge of products and promotions to provide helpful recommendations, while maintaining store standards and supporting colleagues across shifts. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Collect stock from warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15kg) to replenish store shelves.
• Assist customers with questions and proactively offer help.
• Build product knowledge to provide confident recommendations.
• Date check fresh produce and grocery items.
• Support across the store and assist with deliveries as required.
