Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure trading platform readiness across pre-trade and post-trade processes.
• Monitor and support end-to-end transaction flows across trading applications.
• Rapidly identify, analyze, and resolve alerts or issues to prevent trade flow disruptions.
• Manage incident reporting and follow established processes for escalation.
• Engage with traders, back-office operations, brokers, exchanges, and internal tech teams.
• Oversee application deployments, network changes, and server maintenance schedules.
• Manage user requests, approvals, updates, and resolutions.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to optimize workflows through automation and innovation.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in trade flow or trading application support.
• Proficient in Linux operating systems.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python.
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with FIX protocol
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate across diverse teams and external stakeholders.
