What You Will Be Doing

Application Support Engineer Key Responsibilities

  • Combine your technical expertise with AI capabilities to solve complex customer challenges and identify opportunities to improve our AI systems

Basic Requirements

  • Location in the Americas (North or South)
  • 4+ years of technical customer support or engineering experience
  • Proficiency with generative AI tools, including workflow automation and custom GPT development (basic AI usage for content creation or research is not sufficient)

Working with us
