Job summary

Sportradar, the world-leading sports technology company, is seeking a Trading Analyst for the Managed Trading Services team in Central London. You will monitor live events, manage real-time market risk, and analyze betting activity to drive informed decisions across pre-match and live events.

The role requires strong math, Excel/SQL proficiency and a solid understanding of betting markets. You will work onsite in London, collaborate globally and contribute to profitability improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong familiarity with a wide range of sports, especially those popular in UK, European, and US betting markets.
• Extensive knowledge of betting markets, odds structures, and risk management of core betting sports (UK, European and US).
• In-depth understanding of odds correlation between betting markets.
• Exceptional mathematical skills, with proficiency in Excel or SQL for odds analysis.

Due to some exciting growth here at Sportradar we are seeking aTrading Analystwith exceptional betting knowledge to join our MTS team in Central London.MTS is Sportradar's premium end-to-end trading and risk management solution, trusted by sportsbooks and lotteries around the world.Our analysts sit at the heart of the action, combining sports expertise, market awareness, risk management and data-driven decision making to help operators manage their betting offering across both pre-match and live events.

As aTrading Analystyou will be responsible for the daily operation of Sportradar's Managed Trading Service.

ABOUT YOU

• Strong familiarity with a wide range of sports, especially those popular in UK, European, and US betting markets.
• Extensive knowledge of betting markets, odds structures, and risk managementof core betting sports (UK, European and US).
• In-depth understanding of odds correlation between betting markets.
• Exceptional mathematical skills, with proficiency in Excel or SQL for odds analysis.
• Experience working in a similar role within sports or betting industry would be advantageous.
• Dependable decision-making skills when under a time pressure like the trading environment.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Experience using data visualization tools.
• Ability to take immediate action in a fast-moving trading environment.
• An initiative-taking team player, able to work with new teams.
• Proficient in MS Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Flexibility to work with shift-based patterns.
