Job summary

HGF Limited seeks a Renewals Officer to join the Trade Mark Renewals team. You will handle client renewals, invoicing, and coordination of UK, EU and international renewals, including foreign filings.

Strong accuracy and organisation are essential, with training provided to learn country-specific rules. The role emphasizes proactive work in a deadline-driven environment, with focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and collaboration with Paralegals and Attorneys.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above are essential.
• CITMA qualification would be advantageous but not required.
• Proactive and highly organized with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a point of contact for client renewals and manage timelines.
• Prepare renewals letters and perform invoicing/billing processes.
• Attend to UK, EU and international trade mark and design renewals.
• Instruct foreign renewals and learn country-specific requirements.
• Maintain accurate dates in the system and generate Word/Excel tables.
