Job Description:

We have a new opportunity for travel industry professionals to join a leading Tour Operator as part of the Sales Team, focusing on maintaining and increasing sales of our client's products to UK Travel Agents.

The Trade Telesales Coordinator will develop and strengthen relationships to support our client's products and assist the Sales Manager. The role can be full or part-time. Interested candidates are encouraged to contact us for a confidential discussion or apply online.

Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate sales data and identify growth opportunities.
  2. Liaise with Sales Managers and internal departments to resolve Travel Agent queries.
  3. Manage call plans.
  4. Identify new business opportunities within regional areas and report to the relevant Sales Manager.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing department to develop ideas and offers to promote products to the trade.
  6. Monitor market and competitor activities and report relevant insights.
  7. Assist with trade account queries received through the Sales Support helpdesk.
  8. Maintain the internal CRM system.
