Trade Telesales Coordinator - Birmingham / Hybrid

Salary and benefits: Up to £30,000 plus excellent benefits.

Contract length: Permanent, Full time.

Locations: Leicestershire, Warwickshire, West Midlands, Birmingham, Coventry, Worcestershire, Redditch, Worcester.

We have a brand new opportunity for travel industry professionals to join a leading Tour Operator and work as an integral part of the Sales Team, maintaining and increasing sales of our client's products to UK Travel Agents.

The role involves developing and building on new and existing relationships to ensure continued support of our client's products, whilst providing support to the Sales Manager.

Role of Trade Telesales Coordinator:

  • Evaluate sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Liaise with Sales Managers and internal departments to resolve Travel Agent queries.
  • Manage call plans.
  • Identify new business opportunities within regional areas and report to the relevant Sales Manager.
  • Develop ideas and offers and work with marketing to promote products to the trade.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities.
  • Assist with trade account queries received into the Sales Support helpdesk.
  • Maintain the internal CRM system.
