The London-based Associate / Senior Associate – Trade Surveillance Business Analyst role is a permanent on-site position. You will join a specialist global consulting team supporting major financial institutions on capital markets, regulatory compliance and fintech projects.
You will investigate surveillance alerts, translate business needs into requirements, support SIT/UAT and regulatory reporting, and work across Compliance, Trading, Operations, Risk and Technology to reduce false positives

You’ll join a long-term engagement with a leading financial services organisation, gaining hands‑on exposure to complex trade surveillance programmes and regulatory technology. This opportunity suits someone who can combine detailed investigation with strong business analysis, working confidently across Compliance, Trading, Operations, Risk and Technology. You’ll have scope to deepen your market abuse expertise while broadening your capabilities across surveillance operations, requirements, testing, data analysis and solution delivery.
The Associate / Senior Associate – Trade Surveillance Business Analyst will play a key role in investigating surveillance activity, improving controls and supporting the delivery of effective regulatory solutions.
