Job summary

Screwfix is looking for a store supervisor to be the go-to person for Trade customers in Filton. You’ll represent the Trade Sales Counter, help plumbers and electricians find the right products, and drive sales through excellent customer service and relationship building.

You’ll lead a small team, own KPIs such as sales and onboarding new customers, and participate in ongoing training to grow your store’s reputation.

• Get to know your customers - you'll chat to them over a cuppa, understand their projects and offer advice to drive sales.
• Run your own business within a business - You'll take ownership of all your own KPI's including Sales, account increasing, on-boarding new customers and giving great service
• Inspire your team - following your lead, you'll guide and coach the team to do great things, building a reputation of your store to be proud of
