• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Willing to travel to UK and overseas destinations.
• Travel industry experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support trade partners and act as liaison between field sales and internal departments.
• Follow up on actions from Business Development Manager visits and roadshow events.
• Manage the trade inbox and respond to agent queries.
• Coordinate marketing assets, campaigns, and POS material for trade partners.
• Prepare and send Mailchimp e‑shots to agency partners.
• Proofread marketing materials for agency promotions.
• Organise trade events and familiarisation (FAM) trips.
• Represent Explore at UK and overseas events and FAM trips.
• Maintain agent profiles and update the trade database.
