Job summary
Audley Travel is seeking a Trade Partnerships Manager to drive growth by developing partnerships with independent travel agents and homeworkers across the South of England. The role is field-based and focuses on training, relationship building and commercial execution.
You will represent Audley in the field 3–4 days a week, analyse trade performance data, gather market intelligence and help strengthen Audley's proposition.
Qualifications
- Experience in partnerships, trade sales, or business development within travel.
- Established network within independent travel agents and homeworkers.
- Field-based sales experience with strong relationship skills.
- Confident presenter and communicator engaging with varied audiences.
- Highly organised, commercially minded and results-driven.
- Well-travelled with passion for inspiring others to explore.
Responsibilities
- Drive Growth: build Audley's market share by developing partnerships with independent travel agents and homeworkers across the South of England.
- Relationship Management: cultivate strong, long-term relationships with agency partners for loyalty and sales growth.
- Brand Ambassador: represent Audley in the field 3-4 days per week through meetings, training, events and trade activities.
- Influence Strategy: analyse trade data, gather market intelligence and identify opportunities to strengthen Audley's proposition.
- Deliver Training: educate agency partners through in-person and virtual sessions.
