Group 1 Automotive is recruiting for a Trade Hub Manager – Mercedes-Benz Nottingham to oversee day‑to‑day parts operations across our busy workshop and growing trade function. You will coordinate with Bodyshop and Aftersales teams, guiding a hands‑on, results‑driven leadership style to empower locally informed decisions and sustained performance.

We value strong automotive experience, strategic KPI review, and the ability to adapt to changing business needs in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

Experience within the automotive industry is essential.
Excellent organisation skills, with experience in high-level reporting.
Experience working in an agile environment, where you have responded quickly to changing business needs.
An open and approachable leadership style, with experience in leading, motivating, and coaching managers.

Responsibilities

Oversee parts operations for a busy workshop and expanding trade function.
Communicate with and motivate the Bodyshop and Aftersales teams.
Lead the team with a hands-on, visible approach to drive performance.
Direct and prioritise resources to ensure parts operations run efficiently.
Develop and drive strategic decisions for the Parts function.
Regularly review KPIs and address risks or negative performance.
Conduct quarterly performance and development reviews with clear goals.
Continually assess and implement process improvements across the Parts department.
