Lookers Chester Parts & Bodyshop Deeside is seeking a Trade Parts Advisor to join our busy parts department. You will handle retail and workshop orders, log stock discrepancies, and work with a friendly team to ensure orders are processed same day.

The role requires excellent communication, strong computer skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Competitive salary (£28,500) plus bonus and a 42.5-hour week.

Qualifications

• You will have previous experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills and practical knowledge of computer systems.
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Parts Manager with daily duties
• Completing Vehicle health checks for workshop
• Ensuring all items are correctly located and stock control
• Receiving orders & ensuring returns are up to date
• Answering calls from customers
• Providing excellent customer care
