Lookers Chester is seeking an experienced Trade Parts Advisor to join a busy parts department. You will help the Parts Manager with daily duties, process orders and returns, and maintain accurate stock records while delivering excellent customer care to both retail and workshop customers.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team, and the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Salary is competitive with progression and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Parts Manager with daily duties.
• Process orders and returns on the same day.
• Log stock discrepancies with the Parts Manager.
• Provide excellent customer care at retail and workshop areas.
• Handle customer calls and support stock control.
• Maintain accurate administrative records.
