Location: Kingsmead Office, London, E9 – covering the London region
Salary: £37,386 - £39,354 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week
We are seeking an experienced Trade Operative - Plumber to join our London team. You will work on properties across the region, handling both new and existing stock, with skills in disciplines such as plastering, tiling, and painting. The role involves occasional lone working and opportunities to collaborate with the wider team. A company van and tools are provided, and the role covers sites across London.
Applicants will need to bring original certification verifying their qualifications during the interview; copies and CSCS cards are not accepted.

The role salary is £36,353 plus an annual policy allowance of £1,032, increasing to £38,267 with an allowance of £1,086 after 12 months, subject to performance.
