Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process Trade Finance transactions end to end in line with procedures.
• Manage workflow, priorities and capacity within a Trade processing area.
• Complete Trade and financial crime checks and escalate exceptions.
• Respond to customer and colleague queries on Trade platforms.
• Support delivery and change with operations, product and technology.
• Identify and drive improvements to processes, controls and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate operational records using systems.
