Job summary

RBS is seeking a Customer Service & Operations Analyst, Trade Operations, to support Trade Finance transactions end-to-end and engage with customers and stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Process Trade Finance transactions end-to-end in line with procedures and service standards.
• Respond to customer and colleague queries, including support on Trade platforms.
• Support delivery and change initiatives with operations, product and technology teams.
• Identify and implement improvements to processes, controls and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate operational records and manage workflow priorities in a fast-paced environment.
