Soho House & Co. is seeking a Trade & Commercial Marketing Coordinator to drive cross‑channel marketing actions in support of Global Marketing.

This fixed‑term maternity cover role will coordinate trade priorities, optimise booked channels, and partner with the F&B, Bedrooms, and web teams to maximise revenue and member conversion. The successful candidate will bring multi‑channel marketing experience, strong Google Ads and SEO knowledge, and be comfortable presenting commercial narratives to

Qualifications

• Experience across multi‑channel marketing including brand/commercial and performance media.
• Hands‑on management of Google Metasearch, PMax and Demand Gen campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and conversion optimisation.
• Ability to translate data into clear commercial narratives.
• Comfort representing marketing in trade discussions and aligning priorities.

Responsibilities

• Represent Global Marketing at trade meetings and translate priorities into actions.
• Provide central visibility across all marketing channels and plan performance.
• Be first point of contact for trade marketing queries and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate Operations marketing to maximise revenue and footfall.
• Collaborate with Bedrooms team on marketing plans and campaigns.
• Oversee Web & SEO projects to improve membership acquisition and journeys.
• Interpret data to report performance and provide actionable insight.
• Support team using AI tools to streamline day‑to‑day output.
