Location

Your primary place of work will be our London office, with occasional national travel as required for this role. We love the vibrant atmosphere of our office, which fosters collaboration and celebration. That said, we also value the flexibility and productivity that working from home can provide, so we offer a hybrid work arrangement to support our staff's needs.

What you’ll do

As our new Trade Marketing Manageryou will play a key role in wider UK portfolio strategy, acting as a key bridge between marketing campaigns and both retail and On-Trade execution for standout brands including White Claw Hard Seltzer, the brand-new Tequila Smash, White Claw Vodka, the much-anticipated hydration launch Mas+ by Messi and other upcoming NPDs.This role will focus on four key areas: Conversion at Shelf, Retail Promotions, Visual Merchandising, Activations and POS development.

You will also collaborate closely with the sales and brand teams to ensure our brands deliver exceptional shopper experiences in both digital and physical environments. You will play a vital role in executing impactful activationsthat drive trial, repeat purchase and brand advocacy, while staying true to our brands’positioning and values.

Additional key responsibilities include:

  • Implement shopper marketing strategies to enhance our brands’ visibility and drive purchase intent at the point of sale.
  • Collaborate with category management and sales teams to secure optimal product placement, ensuring alignment withthe customer’spriorities and strategies.
  • Design and execute impactful promotional campaigns that resonate with target shoppers, ensuring flawless execution across key retail accounts.
  • Build strong partnerships with retailers media teams to co-create in-store and online promotions that leverage seasonal trends and align with brand objectives.
  • Create and oversee the deployment of premium-quality point-of-sale (POS) materials and displays that elevate our brands’ presence.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation and a seamless shopper experience across all touchpoints.
  • Plan and execute engaging trade shows, sampling events, On-Trade activations and in-store media that introduce shoppers to our brands, driving education, trial and rate of sale.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and vendors, overseeing POS production, sample distribution, and reporting on activation effectiveness.
  • Support with analysis of shopper behavior and retail data to uncover insights that inform marketing strategies and highlight growth opportunities.
  • Partner with insights and analytics teams to measure and optimize the effectiveness of shopper marketing initiatives.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in shopper, retail, or trade marketing within the beverage or FMCG industry.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and lead the development and execution of long-term marketing plans.
  • Experience creating in-store marketing assets and managing partnerships with POS vendors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
