Paralegal – Trademark (Remote)

Salary: From£30,000 per annum

Location: Fully Remote (UK-basedonly)

Experience: Ideally 3+ years in Trademarks

We are working with a highly regarded intellectualproperty firm that is looking to expand its team with the addition ofa skilled Trademark Paralegal . The Role:

As a Trademark Paralegal ,you’ll support attorneys and the wider legal team with a range oftrademark-related tasks. This includes managing trademark portfolios,preparing and filing applications, handling renewals, and coordinatingwith international associates. The role is ideal for someone who isconfident managing their workload independently and is passionateabout IP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing, filing, and managing UK, EU, and internationaltrademark applications
• Handling renewals, oppositions,assignments, and other formalities
• Conducting trademarksearches and preparing reports
• Liaising with clients,trademark offices, and foreign associates

What We’re Looking For:

• Ideally 3 years’experience in a trademark paralegal or formalities role
• Solidunderstanding of UKIPO, EUIPO, and WIPO processes
• High level ofaccuracy and attention to detail
• Ideally hold the CITMAParalegal Qualification
