Role: Trade Finance - Working Capital Business Development

Location: London Liverpool Street, 4 days per week on site required

Duration: Until November 20th, 2025

Rate: Paid via umbrella

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to join a leading Trade & Working Capital Solutions team based in London. This role focuses on the origination and execution of structured trade finance transactions across diversified industries in the EMEA region. You'll play a key role in supporting the growth and development of the franchise by contributing to high-profile deals and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior team members in originating and executing trade finance transactions across EMEA.
• Lead preparation of marketing materials, transaction documentation, and financial modelling.
• Manage end-to-end deal processes including client interaction, structuring, negotiation, and execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as Legal, Compliance, Credit, Loan Capital Markets, and Operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, advisors, and key industry stakeholders.
• Support the team's sustainability strategy and assist in the development of innovative trade solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• Practical experience in trade finance, banking, or structured lending within EMEA markets.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and financial modelling skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels and geographies.
• Familiarity with cross-border lending, trade products, and associated documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Desirable:

• Experience in sustainability-linked finance or ESG-related initiatives.
• Exposure to team or project management responsibilities.
• Knowledge of risk distribution and capital markets.
