Our goal is to demystify AI technology, focusing on its strengths and leveraging advanced automations without requiring coding or engineering teams. Tasks

You will support our Partner Companies in designing and building no-code Automation and AI solutions, minimizing dependency on engineering teams. Your focus is on solving real business challenges, optimizing for the best outcomes, and creating maximum value. You will influence the culture of our Partner’s organizations by transferring know-how and facilitating collaborative ideation.

This is an early-stage role, ideal for someone eager to shape the company's core strategies, products, and implementations. As one of the first 10-12 employees supporting the Founding Team, the role is highly independent and hands-on, playing a crucial part in the company's long-term success.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with modern, no-code tooling for Automation and AI, such as n8n, Make, Zapier, OpenRouter, Clay, BrowseAI, ScrapeDo, Firecrawl, Sales Intelligence platforms like Apollo, Zoominfo, CRMs, Customer Support tools, etc. is an absolute must.
• Operational expertise in implementing multiple AI models /LLMs programmatically within workflows via APIs
• General IT experience and a creative approach to process automation are highly desirable. Passion for technology and automation is essential.
• Willing to support sales and business development efforts by pitching and creating proposals to clients, fostering strong relationships through cooperation.
• Excellent communication skills are crucial for transferring know-how and advising our Partner Companies effectively.
