  • Support operational projects and ad hoc initiatives, including process enhancements and new system implementations.

Help clients navigate complex credit derivatives activity with confidence and clarity. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate trade processing and strong risk and control practices across the trade lifecycle. Partnering closely with sales, operations, technology, and external parties, you will help deliver a reliable client experience. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, continuous improvement, and accountability for high‑quality outcomes.

As a Trade Support Analyst in Credit Derivatives Client Services, you will provide critical trade lifecycle support for clients trading credit default swap products. You will help ensure trades are accurately captured, reconciled, and progressed through processing milestones, while responding to client and internal queries with a focus on quality, timeliness, and risk awareness. You will collaborate with partners across operations, technology, reference data, external custodians, and client contacts to resolve issues and improve processes.
