Job summary

Eurocell plc in Norwich is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant / Driver to join our branch team. You will handle trade counter sales, assist customers, and support branch operations while delivering high service standards.

This role includes loading and delivering products with our 3.5-tonne trucks, route planning, driving safely, and maintaining branch presentation. A full driving licence is essential; FLT would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Full and valid driving licence is essential; FLT is a distinct advantage.
• Good organisational skills and initiative.
• Experience in trade/retail environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Sell at the trade counter and meet sales targets with product knowledge.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support new and existing customers.
• Load, unload and deliver products using Eurocell's trucks.
• Assist with route planning and safe driving responsibilities.
• Maintain branch standards and stock accuracy.
