Job summary

Eurocell Group Ltd is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant / Driver to join our site-based team in the Bracknell area. The role combines hands-on counter sales with vehicle deliveries, requiring customer focus, product knowledge, and safe driving.

Qualifications

Must deliver exceptional customer service and hit business targets.
Confident in communicating product knowledge to customers to drive sales.
Must hold a full valid driving licence; FLT licence is advantageous.
Proficient with MS Office and industry software such as SAP.
Able to work in a small team or independently as required.

Responsibilities

Trade counter sales to achieve targets and provide product knowledge to customers.
Provide outstanding customer service and support to new and existing customers.
Load, pick and deliver products using company trucks and vans.
Plan routes, drive safely and maintain company vehicle cleanliness.
Support Branch Manager with timely actions and activities.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company policies.
Maintain branch standards including stock control and front-of-house cleanliness.
