Job summary

Eurocell Group Ltd is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant / Driver for our Chichester branch. This permanent, part-time role is 22 hours per week, Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota. The position combines counter sales with local deliveries using a 3.5 tonne truck, based at site.

Qualifications

• Hands-on customer focused approach with ability to engage customers.
• Commercial approach to drive sales and margins.
• Good organisational skills and ability to use initiative.
• Confident IT user with MS Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Work with Branch Manager and Branch Supervisor in day-to-day branch operations.
• Trade counter sales to achieve sales targets and share product knowledge with customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers.
• Pick, load and deliver products to customers via Eurocell’s 3.5 tonne trucks and vans.
• Plan routes, drive safely and keep the Company vehicle clean.
• Support the Branch Manager with actions and activities on time, in full.
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance and branch targets are met.
• Maintain branch standards including stock management and front-of-house areas.
