Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Full and valid driving licence essential; FLT licence advantageous.
• Experience in a trade/builders merchant or similar environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle trade counter sales to achieve targets and share product knowledge.
• Provide first-class customer service and support to customers.
• Assist with loading/delivering products using company vehicles.
• Plan routes, drive safely, and keep the vehicle clean.
• Support Branch Manager with timely actions and full execution of tasks.
• Maintain health and safety compliance and stock accuracy.
