Job summary

Eurocell Group Ltd is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant / Driver to join our UK team. This permanent site-based role offers a 44-hour week with 7am–4:30pm on weekdays and Saturday mornings on a rota basis.

The package includes a basic salary around £29,080.48 and potential total earnings up to £32,680.48 per year, plus a strong benefits suite. You will work closely with the Branch Manager, handling trade counter sales, customer service, stock handling and delivering products using our 3.5 tonne

Qualifications

• Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets.
• A hands-on customer focused approach, confident and happy to serve customers and engage with potential future customers.
• A commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins, whilst ensuring customers are happy.
• Good organisational skills, with ability to prioritise and use own initiative.
• Confident IT user, with experience of MS Office and industry standard software eg SAP.
• A full and valid driving license is essential, and an FLT licence could be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in day-to-day branch operations with the Branch Manager and Supervisor.
• Trade counter sales to achieve targets and convey product knowledge to customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers.
• Assist with delivery of branch operations and stock management.
• Support delivery of sales targets while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Maintain branch standards including front-of-house cleanliness and POS.
